Handling and Facilities

On the Ground Assistance

These services, which are available on request and must be arranged within 24 hours notice, can give you access to aircraft marshalling, flight planning, passenger refreshments, and other added services once you’re on the ground. If you have any questions about what we might be able to offer you, then be sure to get in touch.

We can greet you at your aircraft to help you with your luggage and can also arrange for you to be taken to your next mode of transport. We’re more than happy to provide you with taxis or hire cars, or arrange for you to be driven to the train station, depending on what it is you require. If you are in need of somewhere to stay once you arrive on the south coast then we can take care of that too.

Handling & Facilities

We take great care of all our passengers, crew members and aircraft that visit Brighton City Airport. This includes offering basic handling assistance upon arrival. (Please note: our handling services are available only upon advanced request).

From chauffeur transport and passenger refreshments, to flight plans, our team offers personal support designed to make your visit and onward journey safe, easy and enjoyable.

Passenger, Crew and Executive Travel Facilities

Passengers can relax in our comfortable terminal lounge. The lounge has a mini bar, free wi-fi and access to computer and printing facilities.

On top of this, customers who make the most of our handling services are also offered full access to our Executive Lounge, complete with mini bar, WiFi, and access to computer and printing facilities.

Additionally, all passengers are welcome to park at the airport free of charge. We can also arrange car parking for crew members. Just leave your vehicle registration numbers with customer services after parking and we will provide you with a parking permit.

If you need additional business and executive handling services, we offer:

  • Aircraft meet and greet
  • Transport to chauffeur driven cars or hire cars
  • Accommodation booking

Our core office hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday, so be sure to contact us during these times for a quicker response.
