This course will give you an overview and understanding why Social Value is important for your business, update you on current and future changes to procurement and supply chain, plus social value management in Local Authorities and Private Companies. It will also give you skills to revalue your business commercially and socially to ensure it enables routes to commercial growth and basic social value measurements overview.
